Insurance Philosophy
Access to therapy matters. We work with several major insurance providers, including BCBS, UMR/UHC, Aetna/Meritain, and Ambetter/QualChoice, because support should feel more human
and less impossible to reach. Superbills available for out-of-network.

North of Normal Counseling serves clients throughout Northwest Arkansas with in-person therapy and offers telehealth services across Arkansas and Kansas.
Accessibility: We hold limited sliding scale slots for those navigating systemic financial barriers to mental healthcare.

through our HIPAA-compliant client portal.
